Below is a list of our upcoming walks. Simply click on the walk you would like to attend to find the walk description.
Are you new to our Health Walks? If so, we advise that you book a place via Eventbrite (using the links below), or complete our ‘New Walker Registration’ form which can be downloaded HERE. Please bring the completed form with you to the Health Walk and hand it to the volunteer who is taking the register.

You can exercise in a public outdoor place:
- by yourself
- with the people you live with
- with your support bubble (if you are legally permitted to form one)
- in a childcare bubble where providing childcare
- or, when on your own, with 1 person from another household

The Health Walks Facebook group is a place for you to share your favourite walks in Suffolk, as well as how far you have walked and any photos you took on route. It is also a great way of staying motivated to get active and you can discover new places to walk based on other people’s suggestions!
