Booking is essential
Due to Covid restrictions, all walkers are required to book onto our Health Walks in advance. Below is a list of our upcoming walks. Simply click on the walk you would like to attend and book your place on Eventbrite.

You can exercise in a public outdoor place:
- by yourself
- with the people you live with
- with your support bubble (if you are legally permitted to form one)
- in a childcare bubble where providing childcare
- or, when on your own, with 1 person from another household

The Health Walks Facebook group is a place for you to share your favourite walks in Suffolk, as well as how far you have walked and any photos you took on route. It is also a great way of staying motivated to get active and you can discover new places to walk based on other people’s suggestions!
