The OneLife Suffolk service contract is coming to an end in September 2023 and this means that from April you will experience some changes.
Because of these changes Onelife Suffolk will be offering Slimming World as its only adult weight management offer from 1 April to 30 September 2023.
If you are currently part of an active 12-week group, or waiting to start a OneLife adult weight management programme, you will be offered a transition into Slimming World or our physical activity service, Get Help to Get Active, who can offer you appropriate support to enable you to continue your lifestyle improvement journey.
For those with complex needs who require additional support, we will offer extra individualised one-to-one assistance including Zoom, telephone, and – where available – short face-to-face appointments in the community.
All clients affected will be contacted by our practitioners over the coming weeks to provide more information about this transitional offer. There will also be changes to the countywide healthy behaviours offer from 1 October 2023, which will be communicated over the coming months.
