Below are some webinars from our practitioners who will be discussing topics that are covered in our 12-week Adult Weight Management programme. You can find out more information about our programme here.
Understanding Habits
Habits play a large role in our day-to-day lives, and often contribute to our levels of success and happiness.
They often can be tricky to break when they are formed and can be long-lasting. Louise, one of our Adult Weight Management Practitioners, goes through in this video lots of advice and examples of ways you can break those unhelpful habits and reform healthy ones.
Goal Setting
We know here at OneLife Suffolk that those who set and monitor their goals consistently are the people who make long term changes.
One of our Adult Weight Management Practitioners, Emma, guides us through lots of tips and tools on how to achieve and set manageable, inspiring goals that lead to long term success.
Self-Care
Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. It is knowing what we need to do in order to take care of ourselves.
Laura, one of our Adult Weight Management Practitioners, provides lots of tips and suggestions on how to practice self-care.
