Seasoned Baked Fish


2 Medium Snapper Fish (or Red fish or Mullet) 

1 Large Onion 

1 Meddium Pimento (Finely Chopped) 

2 Tbsp of Turmeric 

Pepper to Taste 

1 Stick of Celery (finley Chiopped) 

Sea salt to taste.  


  • Put all seasoning (garlic, onion, pepper, mix herbs tumeric and pimento) in a bowl, Add a teaspoon of vegtable oil and mix together. 
  • Season Fish (rubbing seasoning in and outside the fish) for best results season fish in advance. 
  • Pleace seasoned fish in a baking tray 
  • Cover with foil 
  • Put in preheated oven for 20 – 30  minutes on gas mark 3 or 325 F (170 C) until cooked all through.
