Pregnancy can be scary, exciting and daunting.
But support is available.
The Norfolk and Waveney Local Maternity & Neonatal System have put together an informative, supportive and helpful booklet guiding you through the support that is available during your pregnancy. This includes:
- Information on what a PCP (Personalised Care Plan) is and how it can support you
- Things to do and be aware of once you find out your pregnant
- Information about the hospitals in your areas as well as explanations of the other delivery options such as home birth
- Postnatal care
- Signposting to services that can support your wellbeing during and after your pregnancy
