Due to the expansion of OneLife Suffolk we need to recruit to a number of new posts so that we can continue delivering amazing services to Suffolk residents – after all, we are here to serve our local community.

Strategic Client Relations Manager

OneLife Suffolk are seeking an experienced senior manager to join our team as Strategic Client Relations Manager, heading up our Client Relations Directorate.

 This is an exciting opportunity for an amazing candidate – the successful applicant will be a real influencer in how we take care of our clients, promote our services and provide first-class, accessible and innovative content that makes a difference – all with the sole purpose of enabling Suffolk residents to make healthy lifestyle choices.

 You will be a member of our Senior Leadership Team reporting directly to the Head of OneLife Suffolk.  You will be the key decision maker with regards to our communication strategy, client journey, digital content and external training provision – with direct responsibility for our Marketing, Client Services and Training Service Teams.

 Working alongside you will be our amazing Service Leads and the Marketing and Communications Manager – who will work with you to ensure that we provide a first-class client experience.

Adult Weight Management Practitioner’s – 2 x Full Time Vacancies (West Suffolk) & 1 x Full Time 12 Month Maternity Leave Cover (East Ipswich)

We are looking to appoint three Adult Weight Practioner’s to join the team at this exciting time. Please indicate on your application which role you wish to apply for 

This is a full-on role, you will be out in the community delivering our weight management programme to people from your local community, who want to make healthier lifestyle choices.

No two days are ever the same, as everyone that you work with will be different! Our clients have many reasons for wishing to manage their weight, it may be a long-term health condition, a desire to feel fitter and be more active, or simply to be able to ‘do more’ with their friends and family. Infrastructure Support Coordinator

Do you want a role where no two days are ever the same? 

We are looking for a person with a high level of organisational skills with an eye for detail to deliver appropriate infrastructure arrangements, in liaison with Service Leads, to support service delivery teams to ensure the safe delivery of all OneLife Suffolk services.

To deliver venue bookings for service delivery programmes, specifically, but not restricted to, Adult Weight Management and Get Help To Get Active with a key focus on the 40% most deprived LSOA areas, ensuring that these are appropriately risk assessed and accessible for clients whilst delivering value for money.

We will look for you to identify service improvements, with a particular emphasis on Compliance, Risk and Governance.

Children’s Programme Coordinator (Part-Time 22.5 HPW to include evenings and weekends)

To co-ordinate the organisation and delivery of all Children’s weight management programmes in the locality, ensuring the programmes are planned, the venues are sourced and the delivery staff timetabled to deliver the sessions. To provide feedback on the Children’s weight management service, delivery and curriculum in your locality. To provide delivery for an evidence based behavioural change obesity programme for children.

Health Walk Coordinator – East Suffolk

(Part-Time 18.75 hpw)

  • Have you ever wanted to be the person that makes healthy living just a bit more achievable for whole communities?
  • Have you got the drive to work with professionals and volunteers to improve communities to be healthy & fitter?

We are looking for someone who can be OneLife Suffolk’s Health Walk Co-ordinator who will plan and deliver health walks programme including the recruitment, induction and support of volunteer walk leaders, and day-to-day management of Health Walks in your area along with effective planning and promotion of the quarterly walks’ programme.
