Our Health Walks

OneLife Suffolk offers over 200 regular Health Walks across the county. All walks are volunteer-led and are graded in terms of their difficulty, offering group walks suitable for all abilities. All walks are free and there is no need to book, simply turn up! If you are attending a Health Walk for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes earlier to complete a walker registration form, alternatively, you can download this and bring it along on the day by clicking HERE
