We wished we could just go to one place to find not only days out and activities, but also local businesses offering services for kids such as lessons and party entertainers.

4 FREE online Solihull courses for Suffolk residents These courses are for parents, parents-to-be and carers.

  • Understanding your child’ for parents of children aged 0 – 18 years old
  • Understanding pregnancy, birth and your baby
  • Understanding your baby
  • The teenage brain

The course ‘Understanding your child’ for parents of children aged 0 – 18 years old includes finding out about your child’s brain development and how it affects behaviour. It helps you understand more about why your child behaves a certain way when they are angry, having a temper tantrum or trouble sleeping. You will also learn the importance of playing for your child’s development.

The sessions include:

Are you overwhelmed, low stressed or anxious? If you are troubled by any of these things or know someone who is then we are here to help with a range of free and confidential support.

 

We provide support to help people make changes to improve their wellbeing and to help them cope with common mental health and emotional issues such as low mood, stress, anxiety and depression. The range of support includes:

 

  • One-to-one support
  • Self-help advice
  • Workshop and group sessions
  • Relationship counselling for couples individuals and families
  • Courses to help you achieve a better sense of wellbeing and to manage issues such as stress worry and insomnia
  • Help to access peer support and social groups
  • Helping you find other support for issues affecting your wellbeing such as debt, housing and employment
