What is the Community Project?
We can offer a 12-week community group, within these groups we provide educational weight management advice as well as guided physical activity such as Circuit training, Zumba, Yoga, or Outdoor activity.
These groups are run by local trainers in the community who will help support and set short and long-term goals in relation to starting physical activity. This programme is great for people who would like to start a healthy lifestyle change via OneLife Suffolk, it provides a greater insight to how our programmes are run before engaging into a more intense 12-week Level 2 or 3 programme.
BMI over 25
Be doing less than 30 minutes of moderate physical activity a week (Excluding work or employment)
Be living with a long-term health condition
