Everyone Active have a centre at Mid-Suffolk Leisure Centre which has over 100 stations of cardio, resistance, free weights and functional equipment, as well as swimming pools, a climbing wall and fitness classes.

Spot on Fitness

All the sessions below are hosted by Sue Potter, a qualified Exercise Referral instructor and Athletics/Running Coach. Please see below the classes that Spot On Fitness are currently offering to OneLife Suffolk clients:

Every Tuesday, 1:15pm – 2pm at Hungate Church Hall, Beccles

Silver Circuit £4: Circuit training for 55+  A circuit of up to 12 exercises which will alternate between Cardio & Resistance based exercises which are good for a healthy heart & bones. Chairs are supplied with each exercise for your comfort if needed

2.15pm to 3pm, Chair Based Exercise £4 (NB any two classes on the same afternoon for £6): If you have difficulty standing or walking, it needn’t mean exercise is out of the question. Not everyone can take part in activities like walking, cycling or dance classes. If you want to keep active, then chair-based exercise might be the session for you. Even a small amount of activity can be a tremendous boost to your wellbeing, and this fun and friendly session might be just what you’re looking for. 

3.15pm to 4.30pm, New Age Kurling £4: New Age Kurling is a form of the original curling game, but adapted so that it can be played indoors on any smooth, flat surface, such as a Community Centre or Village Hall, rather than on ice. It has been designed to make it easy for anyone to get involved with fun, social, sports activity, whatever their fitness level, age or ability. You can join in seated or standing.


Every Wednesday Wellington Gardens, Lowestoft

9.30am to 10.30am, Running Group £2: Meet for a run training session with a friendly group of all abilities. Improve your running technique, fitness and endurance with a UK Athletics qualified coach.

11am to 12pm, Beginner Running Group £2: Have you ever thought that you would like to start running with a view to getting fitter? Making new friends? Are you  not sure how to get started? This friendly group session with a UK Athletics qualified coach will give you a steady  introduction to running where you can learn running technique and gain strength and fitness.
