Children’s Programme Coordinator

Based in South West Suffolk (Sudbury, Haverhill, Hadleigh & surrounding areas Travel within Suffolk will be required)

37.5 hours per week (Flexible hours incl evenings and weekends)

Salaried at £18,000£22,000 pa dependant on experience, plus 1% pension contribution rising to 3% by April 2019

Reporting to the Children’s Weight Management Lead/ Psychology Lead/Dietetics Lead

Key Relationships with OneLife Suffolk Managers/Client Services Team/Delivery staff/ Bank staff

Purpose of job will be to co-ordinate the organisation and delivery of all Children’s weight management programmes in the locality, ensuring the programmes are planned, the venues are sourced and the delivery staff timetabled to deliver the sessions.

To provide feedback on the Children’s weight management service, delivery and curriculum in your locality.

To provide delivery for an evidence based behavioural change obesity programme for children, if necessary.

Client Services Administrator

Based in Ipswich working 37.5 hours per week

Salaried at £18,000 pa plus 1% pension contribution rising to 3% by April 2019

Reporting to Client Services Lead.

Key Relationships are with Programme Managers / Delivery staff /Client Services

Job purpose: The role will provide administrative support and proactive telephone communication that will ensure the smooth running of all the Single Point of Access (SPA) for the integrated health lifestyles service.

Programme Lead Health Walks

18.75 hpw, flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Salaried at £25,000 pro rata * plus 1% pension contribution rising to 3% by April 2019.

Place of work; Ipswich (Travel within Suffolk will be required.)

You will report to the Adult Services Manager and have key relationships with Managers / Delivery staff / Psychology Lead / Dietetics Lead / Client Services Team.

You will work with the Adult Services Manager and overall OneLife and MoreLife management teams to:

  • Deliver the KPIs of the relevant service, and support the overall delivery of the OneLife KPIs
  • Co-ordinate the organisation and delivery of the relevant service, including staff allocation, venues, resources etc.
  • Lead and manage the team and provide feedback on the service, delivery and curriculum, as well as to line managed staff to support an effective HR strategy: recruitment, training, induction, CPD, performance management and 1:1s, following all policies and procedures
  • Effectively govern the service – clinically and operationally (IG, safeguarding, risk, health and safety etc.)
  • Promote the service and create referrals, creating links with a range of partners including voluntary organisations and community groups
  • Provide delivery assistance, if required
  • Liaise closely with the clinical lead.

The programme lead will ensure the service area is delivered according to the terms of the contract across Suffolk and will achieve the KPIs within the defined budget.

Children activity & lifestyle leaders for clubs in Suffolk

MoreLife is looking for Lifestyle Leaders for a number of contracts. Lifestyle Leaders are expected to prepare and run lifestyles sessions in line with the clubs curriculum to parents and children, and to assist in the organisation and delivery of all group activities. This will lead to the provision of a safe play and educationally stimulating, fun environment for all individuals.


  • Across Suffolk (Ipswich, Stowmarket, Haverhill, Bury St Edmunds & Lowestoft)


Flexible working hours/adhoc between 9am – 8pm
